Out with the old NIHM's & in with the Lipos. Chosing your packs wisely will still make a difference in the performance of the model as new packs are providing more power due the the increase in C rating. Some people are reporting 200 watts more power with a new lipo pack compared to packs a year or two old. You are still limited to the same power as everyone else so selecting & matching cells is a thing of the past.
